Memphis Festival of Laughs: Mike Epps and Friends

Top veteran comedians Mike Epps, Sommore, Gary Owen. Tommy Davidson and Arnez J bring you the Memphis Festival of Laughs.

Coming right off his widely successful “Real Deal Tour” and filming of STARZ Survivors Remorse Epps ventures straight into 2016 with the filming of ABC’s Uncle Buck and the long awaited Richard Pryor biopic. Sommore was previously on the road  for the widely successful “Royal Comedy Tour”, and also went on to host the revival of BET Comic View.

Gary Owen can be heard on “Tom Joyner Morning Show” (Owen is a regular on the radio show). Owen has also appeared in the films such as “Little Man” with The Wayans Brothers and “Daddy Day Care” with Eddie Murphy and Think Like A Man.

Tommy Davidson has been featured in numerous films, from Spike Lee’s Bamboozled (2000), where he received acclaim and praise for his turn as “Womack/Sleep ‘N Eats”, to Juwanna Mann (2002) (Morgan Creek Productions’) and the pivotal cameo in Jim Carrey’s Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls (1995), which has become a cult favorite.

Arnez J has had numerous television appearances on “The Keenan Ivory Wayans Show,” “Louie Anderson’s Comedy Showcase,” Comedy Central’s “Make Me Laugh,” NBC’s “Friday Night Videos,” Russell Simmons’ “Def Comedy Jam,” his own BET “Comic View Grandstand ½ Hour Special” and many others.
